Ledger Method: How Every Fact on This Site Is Checked
The sources, the rules and the money behind this guide, set out so you can judge it for yourself.
How each fact on this site is checked
| Fact type | Source | How we check it |
|---|---|---|
| Label amounts and wording | The maker's own label artwork | Transcribed line by line and re-read on each update |
| Prices, shipping, bonuses | The seller's order page | Read on the date shown at the top of each page |
| Refund and contact terms | Returns, terms and contact pages | Quoted or summarized, with contradictions pointed out |
| Medical and nutrition claims | PubMed records and agency pages | Every claim links to its source; PMIDs checked |
| Reviews | Public review platforms and search | Summarized only; nothing invented |
Rules we do not break
- No invented reviewers, testimonials, star ratings or customer counts.
- No invented doctors, credentials, license numbers or lab reports.
- No laboratory figures unless a dated certificate of analysis is published.
- No warehouse locations or delivery times the seller has not published.
- No disease claims for a dietary supplement.
Independence and money
The site earns a referral commission when a reader orders through its links. The commission is the same whichever pack you choose and whether or not you later request a refund, so it gives us no reason to push the six-bottle pack. Scores and verdicts are written before any commission data is seen and are not changed for commercial reasons. Corrections are welcome at the ledger desk email in the footer.
Updates and corrections
Each page shows the date its facts were last re-read. When the seller changes a price, a policy or the label, the affected pages are updated and the date changes. Material corrections are noted on the page concerned. Last full review: October 18, 2026.
